From the Australian Immigration Website:





"The Student Visa Regulations require students to have sat an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) test prior to lodging their application."





IELTS is required for the student visa. The school may accept a TOEFL score.
Reply:Study Abroad: You can apply to University of Queensland with your toefl score vut still you will have to take IELTS as it is a mnadatory requirement by the Australian Visa High Commission.
