What are some good places to study abroad for a physics/electrical engineering major?

I am a physics/EE major and would like to study abroad, the south west pacific and europe are most attractive to me.





I am looking for a well known college that has undergraduate credits that will transfer back into my major program ath the University of Minnesota, and that also offers a fun and unique student life.
