Is it possible to study abroad in Europe full time and get my degree?

After I get out of the Military? I would like to study and live in(maybe for my life) in either netherlands or germany. The military will pay right? So is it possible?

You can certainly apply for a course and if you have the right qualifications and motivation, can get accepted. You will have to apply for a study visa. However when applying for this study visa it is made clear that this is a temporary visa for the duration of the course.

It does not entitle you to remain in the country after the course is completed, and nor does it allow you to work. You would have to return to your home country and apply for a visa in the same way as you would now.

As for the military paying - I honestly don't know, but I would be surprised if it was the case that they would pay for a ex-member to study internationally....... but you can always ask of course!
Reply:I would just apply directly and become an international student. You wouldn't have to go through a school in the states.

Why it would make it easier on you:

1. Not all needed credits could be offered/transferable.

2. It could take longer for you graduate, depending on the program. You usually don't take the same amount of credits in an aboard program. (again some programs like to keep your class load lighter than normal.)
Reply:yes you can
