Hmmm, from my knowledge, there are few scholarships for international students. The American Government can sometimes pay for your education here. They are paying for my American aunty's nursing course.

Speech pathology is certainly here. I haven't really looked into it.

You have to think were you are going. Which state.

We have 8 states and territories, and I believe over 40 Universities.

You need to first choose a state, then look for Universities in them. It's quite easy. Go to google, look up Australian states: Queensland- sunny, tourist galour, full of theme parks

Tasmania- Low population island- easy to live- beach

South Australia- Mines, Uranium, large state, Cheapest to live

Northern territory- Has desert. Hot, small population, indiginous people, highly modernised capital despite being small.

Western Australia- Most expensive to live. Capital is sort of isolated, over 2000km from the next capital City.

NSW- Has Sydney, massive city, lots of things to do, very expensive

ACT. Nation's capital, has gallaries, science, research universities, art museums, architecture, EVERYTHING fun, national library, memorials, only problem is small population

Victoria- Dense population. Large city. You can do anything. Not too expensive. Cold.

After you choose a state, try go onto wikipedia, look it up, get the capital city, and check under education. Even try wikipedia-ing univerities in Australia for a list and location.

University of Adelaide is pretty good. Adelaide is over 1million people, has HD TV, high speed internet, high speed phones- 3G, and traffic is good for the size. Also LOTS OF PUBLIC TRANSPOTATION. You can live there without a car. Really cheap place for a student. Low stress levels. Weather usually around 20-30 degrees.
