Like after I finish my 4 year contract, can I study abroad in Europe for my 4 years of unactive duty where I can be called back at any time?
Can I go and study abroad if I am in reserve for the army?
You can, but you must report if recalled. You must make any scheduled drills as well.
FYI, there are some reserve outfits in Europe, or at least there used to be.
