Need an area in France (NOT PARIS) that one might study abroad in during college. Someplace with a city where there is a French university, preferably. Research for a short story, thanks.
What areas to study abroad in France?
Toulouse, Bordeaux, Grenoble, Strasbourg and Lyons all come to mind.
